Line keeps going point to point until Esc — hold Shift to lock the angle to 15° steps, and come back to the first point to close the outline (then right-click ▸ Make room from outline). Right-click ▸ Properties on any line, curve, rectangle or circle to type its exact size. Ruler = dotted A→B tape measure, on screen only (never prints). Dimension prints on the plan.

Drop the customer's floor plan in as a background, then trace it by hand with the Line tool. Set scale: click two points a known distance apart and type the real length — everything resizes to match. Multi-page PDFs let you pick the sheet. The background never prints unless you tick Print it.

Drops the station at the view center — drag into place, R to rotate. Sizes editable in Properties.

Generates a building next to the current plan — nothing is replaced. The private rooms are carved out of the building shell along its walls (reception and conference first, support rooms last), leaving the middle as open office. Defaults are standard sizes: office 12'x10', manager 15'x12', conference 20'x12' (seats 8-10), reception and break room 15'x12', copy 10'x8', IT 8'x7', restroom 8'x8'.

Generates a cubicle cluster (panels + height-adjustable desks) next to the current plan, pre-selected so you can drag it into place. Pick cube size, layout style and panel height.
